To use in-network benefits:
 
  1. Check to see if I’m listed in your insurance Provider Directory: Jacqueline Buckle or Jacqueline N Buckle (FL)
  2. If yes: call or text me to set up a free consult. 727-389-1667
  3. If there’s mutual agreement to continue: we schedule your initial appointment.  
  4. Prior to our first appointment: you will receive a link to submit your Intake information.
  5. Show up for your appointment.  
To use out-of-network benefits: 
 
  1. Verify your benefits: Determine your out-of-network mental or behavioral health coverage. Set up free consult, etc.
  2. Pay me directly: full session fee is paid upfront. 
  3. Get a superbill: I provide a detailed receipt, which you submit to insurance for potential reimbursement of your payments.  
  4. Track your deductible: claims are credited toward your out-of-network deductible, which affects potential reimbursement.
  5. Increased choice: OON provides a larger pool of clinicians with specialized expertise (such as bio- and neurofeedback). FSA, HSA, InsurCard, and similar benefits may also apply.
